Endeavour provides access to TalkCampus, a free to download peer support app for students who are struggling or worried about their mental health. It's accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and free of charge for all current Endeavour students. View more information here
Our Academic team offer academic consultations for students, outside of class time, who may need some more support in their on campus or online subjects. You can book a private Academic consultation via the Consultations page on your Learning Management System (LMS).
Student Services are here to support you with your everyday needs and enquiries. From changing campuses, re-enrolments, and campus events to locating the correct application form, Student Services will be able to assist you. You will find a Student Services Adviser on each campus at the Student Services desk from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. You can also contact them by email or LiveChat via the Help Hub (help.endeavour.edu.au); or by calling 1300 462 887 (option 2). You can also book a consultation to speak to your Student Services Adviser through the LMS > Help > Consultations tab (scroll to Student Services consultations)
The Student Success Team are here to assist you with your course progression and subject enrolment requirements. They are here to help you plan your progression, re-enrol, and ensure you are on the correct pathway to successful completion and graduation. To book a consultation with your Success Adviser please go to the LMS > Help > Consultations tab (scroll to Student Success consultations). From there you just need to select a time and day that suits you, and the selected Success Adviser will call you to discuss your needs. You can also get in touch with them via the Help Hub (help.endeavour.edu.au)
To support students in their studies, we provide personalised study help, anytime of day or night and even on weekends with the help of Studiosity. This is a free service for all Endeavour students and allows students to receive detailed, personalised feedback in less than 24 hours, or the opportunity to chat live with a Subject Specialist to work through a study problem right away.
If you are a student who has English as a second language, you may be interested in registering as an ESL student. Registering enables you to receive some reasonable adjustments during your studies with Endeavour. For more information please see the English Proficiency Policy.
