It’s no secret that sisters Caitlin and Larissa Stores love their infrared saunas. With one thriving infrared sauna business in Sydney’s East, Bachelor of Complementary Medicine alumni, Caitlin Stores and her sister both sauna at least three times a week, year round and love the way it makes them feel, both physically and mentally.
When Caitlin Stores departed Sydney for Fort Lauderdale in Florida, she took her natural health studies with her and loved the experience.
Sara Capacci used naturopathy to conceive her first child and fell in love with its potential to nurture. As a sleep-deprived mother, she enrolled in a degree at Endeavour College and reconnected with her own vitality and purpose.
