Melissa has completed studies in Naturopathy (BHSc) and yoga instructing (RYT). With a background in the study of psychology (BAPsych), she weaves together these three areas of wellbeing through individualised consultations and treatment plans. Melissa devotes time to educating each person on ways to improve their own individual health journey and learn about themselves. This is to ensure positive changes occur in their overall wellness, as well as improving quality of life.

Melissa embraces research-based methods of scientific and traditional evidence for utilising tools such as: nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle coaching, and iridology in holistic treatments. She aims for a warm, soothing, and encouraging environment, and finds joy and fulfilment in watching others grow. Both naturopathy and yoga allow for a beautiful balance of physical, emotional, mental, and energetic awareness and growth to take place in each person.

With a passion for wholesome food, Melissa and her husband are the Co-Founders of Brisbane business Complete Granola, which provides tasty, healthy and holistic food products to the community.
