Next Steps

After you’ve applied, an Admissions Adviser will contact you within 48 hours to arrange your enrolment interview.

Enrolment Interview

To finalise your application (and enrol you as a student) we will need to connect with you to talk through your study needs and confirm your details.
This process is called an enrolment interview.  Please be assured this process is designed to ensure we understand your needs as a student and that these match what Endeavour can offer.

In addition, we will discuss with you the Inherent Course Requirements of the course you have chosen to study, to ensure you understand the task requirements of the course (and of practitioners in these fields) and that you will be able to meet those requirements.

Documents To Support Your Application

Our Admissions Adviser may ask you to provide the following certified documents:

  • Proof of citizenship; and
  • Highest level of education completed
    • Year 12, Cert IV or higher or
    • Partially completed Diploma or Advanced Diploma or
    • Complete or partially completed Higher Education Transcript.

If you have not completed formal education we will chat to you about other supporting documents you can provide (e.g. your resume, references, informal study evidence or written submission confirming you understand the requirements of higher education and how you plan to organise your time around this new commitment).

You are welcome to provide these documents in advance to streamline your application process.

Electronic Letter of Offer

Once your interview is completed, all documents received and it has been determined that you meet the entry requirements, the Electronic Letter of Offer will be sent to you via email.

To secure your place, you need to accept this electronic offer as outlined in the email.

Confirmation of Enrolment Email

You will be enrolled into the subjects as per the course structure and a confirmation of enrolment email including the following information will be sent to you:

  • Timetable
  • Student ePortal information
  • Learning Management System (LMS) and free online enabling courses
  • Policies and Procedures

Orientation and course commencement

Endeavour’s orientation program takes place over a series of weeks and consists of events and activities which will prepare you with the right information, resources and contacts for use throughout your studies. This extended approach to student orientation aims to avoid information overload, as you will receive the right information at the right time during your transition. Virtual Orientation Day is the key orientation event, however, some others include: academic skills, library skills, special interest groups, student wellbeing, course progression and more.

Credit Transfers And Prior Learning

If you have already studied a qualification or degree, or are currently studying one, you may be eligible for advanced standing towards an Endeavour degree.

Likewise, if you have completed informal learning or a structured course that did not lead to a qualification, you may be eligible for a credit transfer. These options are known as Educational Pathways.
