Successful career planning starts early. In fact, it is a good idea to start during your first year at Endeavour. When making career goals, you need to have a good understanding of yourself and the options available to you.

Industry/alumni panels	Panel of experts speaking on a particular topic. This often involves a Q&A.	Keep up to date with industry information and tips on transitioning into the workplace from past graduates
Career goal setting tools	Career Discovery Report, Student Yearly Careers Checklist and Career Planner Tool are activities for self-discovery and career goals.	Clarify future career goals in order to prepare appropriately
Access to employment preparation resources	Resources such as CV and resume templates, interview tips and information to consider when starting as a new practitioner.	To support employment opportunities and expand skill set.
