Katrina ArchDirector of Sales and Admissions

Biography

Katrina is an education admissions leader with executive experience in the Higher Education and Vocational Education Training sector.  Katrina has experience in leading multiple admissions teams across both sectors which is supported by her ability to manage complex tasks, competing deadlines and interacting with a broad range of organisational stakeholders. 

Katrina holds tertiary qualifications in Creative Arts and Complementary Medicine.  It is this personal insight into studying Complementary Medicine at Endeavour that gives Katrina the unique ability to understand the journey Endeavour students embark on that authentically put the student first.

Prior to joining Endeavour Katrina working at the Australian Institute of Management – QLD and NT for 12 years in management roles encompassing marketing, sales and events services.

Sherri DuncanDirector, Clinic and Campus Operations

Biography

Sherri has been with Endeavour College of Natural Health since 2014, working across Clinic and Campus Management at the Perth Campus. Her experience led to a National Campus Manager Liaison role where she oversaw and managed all 6 Campus Managers and now Sherri’s position leads both Campus and Clinic Operations on a National scale.

Sherri has worked in numerous corporate and hospitality environments ranging from the medical software industry to owning her own busy hole-in-the-wall café. Although she has had multifarious roles, one thing that attracts Sherri to the roles she takes on is the opportunity to give users/clients a superior experience. Sherri is passionate about individualising and adapting various situations to achieve harmony for all stakeholders.

Undertaking a first-class honours degree in BA in Communication and Cultural Studies at Curtin University, Sherri has utilised her cultural knowledge and critical theory and applied it in the natural health industry through the clinic and campus setting. In addition to her BA, Sherri has done numerous short courses to broaden her knowledge in the operational environment which has helped in directing this newly amalgamated department.

Stuart CanningHead of Digital

Biography

Stuart is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience across the information technology and education technology sectors.

Following a decade of operating in the information technology hardware sector within technical account management and product management roles, Stuart joined the education technology sector in 2013. Since then, Stuart has been focused on leading partnerships with some of the world’s leading and most recognised education providers to innovate their digital learning experiences.

Having operated within organisations ranging from large multi-nationals to small and agile start-ups, Stuart is focused on guiding businesses to increase their value through building efficiency, a focus on execution, and a customer-centric approach.

Taryn TrajceskiNational HR Operations Manager

Biography

Taryn is a Human Resources Practioner with over 11 years experience in managing the broad spectrum of HR including People and Performance Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Industrial Relations, Retention and Engagement. Taryn’s roles include managing complex and large scale teams across geographically diverse locations in both Hospitality and Higher Education.

Taryn holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with a minor in Accounting and is a current member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).

Her passion is defining and delivering innovative plans aligned to large scale business needs supported by encouraging the next generation of leaders challenge and redefine how they operate as business leaders. Prior to this role Taryn has held senior HR and General Management positions in a global Hospitality Management company where they successfully achieved Employer of Choice recognition.

Yvonne Frei-SpencerHead of Marketing

Biography

Yvonne has over ten years’ experience developing and leading marketing teams, with demonstrated history of creating, managing and executing successful marketing strategies. She has extensive involvement within the health sector in marketing, business development and management.

She brings with her a wealth of knowledge in guiding businesses to focus on both customer centricity and continuing to be a commercially driven partnership.
