Make sure to try it for your next dinner party!#3 Vegetarian mushroom balls In an attempt to eat more vegetables, current Naturopathy student MJ Portenski Sili became a vegetarian and embarked on a journey to transform her favourite meat dishes into delicious vegetarian alternatives. One of her favourite creations is her meatless meatballs – and we can see why! Why not try them for your next 3pm pick-me-up?#5 Not-so-naughty orange cake Part-time Nutrition student Victoria Hogan shared this delicious orange cake recipe that would make an excellent feature to any Christmas Day feast. This unique cake uses the entire orange, peel and all, making it sustainable, low in sugar, and full of fibre to keep you full for longer. Plus, it’s gluten-free!
