Meet our Open Day May 2026 Special Guests
Get to know our special guest speakers and founders joining us this Open Day, May 2026.
This May, each campus will host a special guest who will share their journey in Natural Health. These guests, who we’re lucky enough to call Endeavour graduates, have gone on to build their own businesses, all driven by a shared goal: to create meaningful careers and improve the lives of others (and themselves) through natural practices.
Get to know our speakers below, and join us on the day, because there’s no better way to learn than from those doing it right now.
Alice Morgan – Campus Speaker
Clinic Owner, Alice Morgan Acupuncture | Acupuncturist
We’re excited to welcome Alice Morgan. Alice supports women through periods, cycles, fertility, and more, with the goal of helping them feel like themselves again.
An AHPRA-registered acupuncturist and Endeavour graduate, Alice set out to bridge the gap between ancient Chinese Medicine and modern women’s wellbeing.
Today, she runs her own clinic in Melbourne’s inner north, focusing on the full menstrual cycle and offering holistic skincare through Cosmetic Acupuncture. Her work blends research-based treatments with classical wisdom, grounded in her belief that everyone deserves to feel at home in their body.
We'll be welcoming Alice back to Endeavour this year as she continues her studies in Chinese Herbal Medicine!
Lauren Welch - Perth Campus Speaker
Founder, Wellness Within Clinic | Naturopath
Next we'd love to introduce is Lauren Welch. Lauren's mission is to help women feel confident and love the body they’re in.
After completing her Naturopathy degree with Endeavour, Lauren founded Wellness Within Clinic, an online practice supporting women in their 20s and 30s with gut health, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, vaginal health, and fertility challenges.
Her approach is deeply personalised, combining nutrition and lifestyle coaching with a focus on reconnecting to female biology, including circadian rhythms, nervous system regulation, nature, and community.
For Lauren, it’s not about quick fixes, it’s about building sustainable habits that support long-term health, energy, and confidence.
Renee Hillier - Gold Coast Campus Speaker
Founder, Love Thy Earth Naturopathy | Naturopath
We’re thrilled to welcome back Renee Hillier, a naturopath passionate about guiding and empowering her clients through their body’s healing journey.
After completing her Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) at Endeavour in 2023, Renee went on to found Love Thy Earth Naturopathy on the Gold Coast.
Her passion for natural health was shaped by a deep connection to nature, which continues to inform her work today. She supports clients through a holistic, whole-person approach, drawing on herbal medicine and the body’s innate ability to heal.
More recently, Renee has expanded her expertise into the microbiome space, with a growing focus on family care, paediatrics, and gut health.
Lani Finau - Sydney Campus Speaker

We’re always excited to welcome back Lani Finau!

Her work reaches far beyond the clinic, from national media features to delivering workshops and speaking across schools, workplaces and community spaces.
Alongside this, Lani works as Head of Sports Nutrition for the NSW Tonga Netball Association, blending her love of performance, culture and community. Across every space she steps into, she brings energy, intention and a clear commitment to improving the lives of others through natural health.
Ethan Zhang – Adelaide Campus Retailer
Founder & Director, EzyTCM
We’re excited to welcome Ethan Zhang as a special guest retailer for our Adelaide Campus!
Ethan is a Chinese Medicine graduate from Endeavour College and part of the program’s first graduating cohort. Prior to studying in Australia, he completed his Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) education and gained clinical experience in China, giving him a strong foundation and in-depth understanding of the field.
He pursued further studies in Australia to refresh his knowledge and gain insight into practising within a different healthcare system. This experience allowed him to develop a unique perspective on the differences in clinical practice, patient management, and professional pathways between China and Australia.
Ethan is the founder of EzyTCM, a practice management platform designed specifically for Chinese medicine practitioners. Built around the real needs of clinic operations, EzyTCM includes features such as appointment scheduling, patient management, financial tracking, herbal inventory management, and an integrated prescription system. It also supports practitioners in clinical decision-making by assisting with acupuncture point selection and herbal formula usage in everyday practice.
He is passionate about supporting the next generation of practitioners by providing practical, technology-driven solutions that enable them to focus more on patient care.
Sarah Kibble – Adelaide Campus Retailer
Founder & Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Cultivate Healing
We’re excited to introduce you to our special guest at our Adelaide campus, Sarah Kibble!
Sarah has been working in the Natural Health Industry for 20 years, starting the journey with personal training and remedial massage after competing in sport at a national level. This foundation progressed to becoming a qualified and AHPRA registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner by completing studies at Endeavour College, Adelaide Campus. Today, Sarah operates 2 clinics in the Adelaide Metro region, offering a multi-modality approach to individualised care.
Sarah's goal for Cultivate Healing is to bring awareness, accessibility and affordability to Chinese Medicine and to create a safe and comfortable space for people to explore the support Chinese Medicine has to offer. Sarah is passionate about 'meeting the individual where they are at' to facilitate health improvements that are achievable and sustainable.
What sparked Sarah’s interest in the Natural Health Industry?
Sarah regularly suffered from allergies and ear infections as a child, which she was fortunate enough to experience relief from with the support of Chinese Medicine. Pretty soon it was Sarah's 'go to' for whenever she had something to remedy in her adult life and led her to study Chinese Medicine.
These are just some of the inspiring voices you’ll hear from at our National Open Day on Saturday 23 May 2026, each sharing their journey and offering insight into what it means to build a meaningful, purpose-led career in natural health.
