This September, each campus will host a special guest speaker or business founder — all Endeavour graduates who have carved out their own unique paths in the wellness industry. Whether you’re exploring a career change, just starting out, or deepening your journey in natural health, these stories are here to inform, inspire, and ignite your purpose.

Tamara Chester – Perth Campus Speaker

Founder, The Everyday Nutritionist | Clinical Nutritionist

Born and raised in rural Australia, Tamara Chester is on a mission to make natural health support more accessible for regional communities. After graduating in Clinical Nutrition from Endeavour College, Tamara launched her online clinic The Everyday Nutritionist, dedicated to helping women and families in the country access nutritional care without needing to travel long distances.

Specialising in women’s health, hormones, and autoimmunity, Tamara blends lived experience with clinical knowledge to provide relatable, grounded support. She completed her degree while raising her young daughter, a journey that shaped her deep commitment to creating everyday health solutions for real-life challenges.

“I live and breathe country, and I want to give back to it. Helping others feel heard and supported through nutrition is everything to me.”

Zahlee McGuire – Brisbane Campus Speaker

Founder, Equilibrium Hub | BHSc Clinical Nutrition Student

Currently completing her final clinic block at Endeavour, Zahlee McGuire blends a background in the military, education, and nutrition to support others in finding strength through food. A former chef in the Australian Army and high school health teacher, Zahlee’s approach is practical, empowering, and science-backed.

Through her family-run business, Equilibrium Hub, Zahlee delivers 1:1 nutrition consults, group education programs, and locally made nourishing food products. She’s especially passionate about gut health, hormone balance, and sustainable lifestyle change that fits into the realities of parenthood and everyday life.

“Returning to study reignited my mission — to help people feel balanced, energised, and confident in their bodies, without the overwhelm.”

Brooke Klower – Gold Coast Campus Guest & Business Founder

Founder, Balanced Beings & BB Kids | Naturopath

Brooke Klower is a visionary naturopath and mother who’s changing the way paediatric natural health is delivered in Australia. Through her Gold Coast-based clinic Balanced Beings, Brooke and her team of seven naturopaths have helped over 1000 families with a focus on testing-based, personalised care.

In response to a gap in holistic support for children, Brooke launched BB Kids — Australia’s first microbiome-focused supplement brand designed for little ones. She also mentors new practitioners, helping them grow thriving, impactful practices of their own.

“If you're studying naturopathy (or recently graduated), I want you to know this: 
You don’t have to go straight into one-on-one client care if that’s not where your passion lies. There are so many career pathways in the wellness space." 

Lani Finau – Sydney Campus Speaker

Founder, By Lani Nutrition Clinic & Think Well Project | Clinical Nutritionist

Lani Finau is a powerhouse in the world of nutrition. A Clinical Nutritionist and Endeavour graduate, she runs her own practice By Lani Nutrition supporting teen and women's health, and is also founder of the Think Well Project – a school-based nutrition program.

Lani’s journey also includes her role as sports nutritionist for the Tonga Netball Association — blending community, performance and health. She brings warmth, strength and wisdom to all she does, and will be sharing the honest story of how she’s built a career that’s both deeply impactful and uniquely hers.

“You are a product of the environment that raised you — and I carry Endeavour with me everywhere I go.”

Emily Maddern – Adelaide Campus Speaker

Founder, Praxis Blooming | Naturopath & Naturopathic Educator

A powerful voice in natural health and women’s strength, Emily Maddern brings passion, purpose and perseverance to everything she does. Since graduating in Naturopathy from Endeavour College in 2023, Emily has launched Praxis Blooming, a multidisciplinary wellness clinic in West Lakes, South Australia, offering personalised care alongside massage therapists, personal trainers and myotherapists.

Emily also works as a Naturopathic Educator for leading supplement brands like Blackmores Group and Bioglan/Medlab, sharing clinical insights with pharmacy teams across the country. Currently completing a Master of Advanced Naturopathic Medicine, she’s leading a research project exploring how probiotics affect resistance exercise motivation in middle-aged women.

A proud mum of two and national powerlifting record holder, Emily is as comfortable on the competition platform as she is in the clinic.

Jennifer McCourtie – Brisbane Campus Speaker

Founder, Alchemy Acupuncture Studio | Acupuncturist

From the legal profession to holistic healing, Jennifer McCourtie’s career change is nothing short of transformative. In her mid-30s, Jen left behind a career that lacked fulfilment to study Acupuncture at Endeavour — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of her life.

She now runs Alchemy Acupuncture Studio, a calming sanctuary in Auchenflower, Brisbane, where she helps clients heal, reset, and reconnect. Her story is one of courage, self-belief, and starting over — proof that it’s never too late to follow your purpose.

“I found more than just a new career at Endeavour — I found a community, a calling, and a renewed sense of purpose.”

Fay Halkitis – Sydney Campus Retailer

Founder, Luna Beauty & Apothecary | Naturopath & Beauty Therapist

Fay Halkitis blends science, nature and soul in her work as a qualified Naturopath and Beauty Therapist with a special interest in naturopathic skin health. With advanced diplomas in beauty therapy (CIDESCO, ITEC) and a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy), Fay brings a rare fusion of internal and external care to every client she sees.

At the heart of Fay’s approach is the belief that education empowers, that when people understand what they’re putting in and on their bodies, they’re better equipped to make conscious choices for their health. Her passion for organic skincare, herbal medicine and the ‘food as medicine’ philosophy is reflected in everything she does.

Her bricks-and-mortar clinic and retail space, Luna Beauty & Apothecary, is the manifestation of this philosophy: a calming, conscious hub for topical treatments, naturopathic consultations, and natural skincare products.

“True skin health isn’t just topical, it’s internal, emotional, and deeply personal. My work is about helping people glow from the inside out.”
