When we partnered with nutritionist and food as medicine queen Georgia Barnes as Endeavour’s latest ambassador, one of the highlights was getting an exclusive peek behind the scenes into Georgia’s kitchen where she shared with us some of her all-time favourite dishes.
If there's a taste of summer, this is it - a mouthwatering berry and rosewater smoothie packed with a nutritional punch. The rosewater adds a beautifully fragrant touch to this delicious drink.
Raspberry, Strawberry & Rosewater Smoothie
1 cup frozen organic raspberries
1 cup fresh strawberries
½ lemon, juiced (optional)
1 tbs rosewater
1 cup sparkling mineral water
½ cup ice cubes
Place all raspberries, strawberries, lemon juice, rose water and mineral water in a blender. Process until well combined.
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour over smoothie. Enjoy!
