Tuition assurance protects students in the event a course of study provided by an approved HELP provider ceases to be provided after it starts but before it is completed.
National tuition assurance arrangements for private Higher Education providers changed on 1 January 2018. The Government has implemented interim tuition assurance arrangements for the 2018 calendar year for FEE-HELP students. New tuition assurance arrangements are slated for commencement on 1 January 2019. For more information please visit the education.gov.au website.
During these interim changes, please note:
- If you are a Full Fee Paying domestic student (i.e. you have paid full fees for your study) your tuition fees are no longer assured by Australian Council for Private Education and Training (ACPET)
- If you are a FEE-HELP student (i.e. you have used a FEE-HELP loan to pay for your study) for tuition assurance services are being provided by the Department of Education and Training
There have been no changes which apply to eligibility for FEE-HELP. Details of eligibility are published by the Australian Government on the StudyAssist website.
You can read Australian College of Natural Medicine Pty Ltd statement of tuition assurance exemption here.
Endeavour's degrees are approved for Austudy, for those students with a minimum 75% study load. Please refer to the Department of Human Services website for details.
Vocational Education and Training qualifications
Please note: Endeavour is no longer taking new enrolments for VET qualifications. This information is provided for current students only.
On 5 October 2016 the government announced changes to VET FEE-HELP - please refer to the Department of Education and Training website for details.
VET FEE-HELP is a student loan scheme for the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector that is part of the Higher Education Loan Program (HELP). VET FEE-HELP assists eligible students undertaking certain VET courses of study (diploma, advanced diploma, graduate certificate and graduate diploma courses) with an approved VET provider, to pay for all or part of their tuition costs.
Students studying an Endeavour College of Natural Health VET qualification have access to affordable payment plans to suit their financial needs. Payment Plans are available for courses where VET FEE-HELP is not an option and a student is not in a financial position to pay their full fees upfront. To access payment plan support, phone Endeavour on 1300 462 887.
As an approved VET Provider, Endeavour College of Natural Health must make publicly available its policies and procedures related to VET FEE-HELP and a Statement of VET Tuition Assurance. A full list of policies, procedures and forms is available here.
