Yoga & Meditation with Alicia

Take some time out for self care and join fellow Endeavour student Alicia for a Yoga session. Whether you do yoga for exercise or to reduce stress, you do you!

Yoga brings the mind and body together and is based on three main elements: movement, meditation and breathing. Yoga has many advantages for physical and mental health including improved posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness

Juggling study, work, and maybe a family too can sometimes leave us stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed. Take this hour to focus on yourself, do a low-intensity workout, and focus your mind and promote calmer waters to end your day.

What you'll need:

  • Yoga mat or carpeted flooring
  • Loose comfy clothing


About Alicia
Alicia is a 2nd year Naturopathy student completing her studies in the blended online and in-person format at our Gold Coast Campus. She recently completed her 200-hour Meditation and Yoga Teacher Training at Samyama Yoga and Meditation Centre in the heart of Ubud, Bali. Alicia has been a regular yogi for over 10 years now and loves and continues to come back to yoga for the calm yet strong and energised effect that it creates within the body and mind. Her teaching style stems from traditional Hatha yoga lineage with a focus on the subtle energetics and meditative state created within the body through the poses (asana) and the breath (pranayama). When not nerding out on herbs or practicing yoga, Alicia loves walks out in nature, ocean swims and cuddling up with her cat Scar.
