Clear your mind and take a moment to join fellow Endeavour student and Student Partner, Amanda, for a yoga session.
Yoga brings the mind and body together and is based on three main elements: movement, meditation and breathing. Yoga has many advantages for physical and mental health including improved posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness
Studying, working, and other daily challenges can sometimes leave us stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed. Spend this time focusing on yourself, doing a low-intensity workout, and working on your mind to promote calmness to navigate the rest of your day.

About Amanda Amanda is a third year naturopathy student at the Melbourne campus. When she’s not at her local yoga studio, Amanda can be found walking the local tracks with her partner and their two dogs. With a passion for herbal medicine, she loves nothing more than blending a delicious herbal tea and reading a good book. Amanda became a student partner with hopes of improving the student experience, and assisting students to build support networks in an increasingly digital environment.
