Join Ange, a naturopathy student and yoga teacher for a 30 minute yoga class which will get your muscles moving and your brain re-invigorated – the perfect study break!

Ange has experienced first hand the healing and transformational power of a complete yoga practice and loves to share the tools and teachings to achieve energetic outcomes for clients physically, mentally and spiritually, offering them a pathway to realising their fullest potential.
For Ange, yoga is a way of life; a tool to move mindfully through the world to be a better friend, partner and parent, to gain mastery over our thoughts + find connection to who we are beyond all the identities, labels + to-do lists that occupy our minds.
