Join Mathilde for a 15 minute meditation on Thursday 9 April, 6.30pm AEST.

During this stressful time we would like to offer you a meditation session with Mathilde, a qualified meditation teacher and naturopathy student at Endeavour.

Join us on Thursday 9 April, 6.30pm AEST. The meditation session will run for 15 minutes, however please allow 30 minutes for the session. Please also be mindful that this time is Brisbane local time so you will need to allow time zone differences as you prepare to dial in.

About the meditation facilitator:

Mathilde is a naturopathy student at Endeavour, studying on the Sydney campus. She is originally from Paris, where she worked as an interior architect before discovering her deep passion for yoga and naturopathy.

Mathilde found an affinity for yoga while travelling the south region of India a few years ago. Since then she has undertaken hundreds of hours of training, including with renowned meditation and yoga teachers such as Mark Mitwell and Sally Kempton. Just this year Mathilde completed 300 hours YTT in Hatha yoga.

For Mathilde meditation is 'a companion and door way to ease into stillness. It is a way to meet myself at any moment, in any circumstance'.

Meditation can be an anchor for any life events, the happiest and the hardest, it can beneficial to help manage emotions.
