Join Lexi for a 30 minute calming meditation on Thursday evenings.

Lexi is in her final year of study for Nutrition at Endeavour. As a part of Lexi's health journey she came across the practice of yoga and meditation 7 years ago and has been practising daily since. Lexi uses meditation as a tool to keep her happy, healthy and progressive.

Lexi's approach to meditation is to help make it simple and practice friendly for everyone. Lexi knows all too well, that taking the time to fill up and check in can be one the hardest tasks in daily life. However she now knows the imprint of feeling good that it brings.
