This webinar will provide practical tools that enhance and enrich your energy and mental and emotional wellbeing. Drawing on positive psychological practices, we will explore the causes of overwhelm that too often fuel self-criticism, confusion and blame. An understanding of personal triggers, combined with preventative strategies to create healthier personalised coping mechanisms.
