Juggling work, study and maybe a family too can land us in a place of stress, anxiety and overwhelm. Join Kate for a 30-minute guided meditation to connect back with a sense of peace, groundedness and perspective to find a calmer more aware path through your day.
Kate has practiced both meditation and yoga for over 20 years and started teaching meditation and mindfulness in 2019. Kate’s loves to help people discover the enriching practices mindfulness offers to reduce stress and anxiety, improve attention and memory while cultivating more peace, joy and awareness in their lives. Following a year of mindfulness training, short courses and retreats, Kate completed a two year diploma in Mindfulness and Compassion Teacher Training at the Insight Meditation Institute under the guidance of Subhana Barzaghi, a Zen roshi and senior teacher. Kate currently runs regular weekly classes and workshops while studying acupuncture.
