In this session you will gain an understanding of the stages of stress; how to connect and listen to your body before you get burnt out; and review simple stress solutions, including great digital wellness and sleep strategies, to gain greater self-awareness and choose healthier coping mechanisms before the stress takes over. Within this session you will create a healthy study, living and nutrition self-care plan to support you to reduce daily and exam period stress and have you waking up everyday with energy, enthusiasm and excitement.
