September 21, 2021 10 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. AEST

Feeling stressed or anxious? Calm down with Endeavour student, Rachel Dhanjal as she takes us through EFT

EFT is a form of psychological acupressure (without using needles) to alleviate emotional & physical stress. This powerful process has been used by hundreds of thousands worldwide in clinical settings, therapeutic interventions, and studies to effectively alleviate depression, anxiety, PTSD and even physical pain.

Tapping on specific acupressure points on the head and torso helps to disrupt the emotional disturbance held in the body and mind, balancing meridian flow and leaving you feeling more balanced, calm and at ease.

Learn the basic sequence of EFT and how you can start to shift your emotional state, and reduce cortisol levels in a matter of minutes.
