About Glashie
Glashie Qudsia started her journey by successfully completing her Bachelor’s in Medicine, Masters in Psychotherapy & counselling. While perusing her journey as a physician, she found a gap in her qualification and the real world, that’s what motivated her to take a step in vocational education. With the desire to professionally develop, she always had a strong sense of social responsibility where she wanted to share her wealth of knowledge and wisdom with everyone in need.

In the last 12 years, alongside working as a business consultant and coach, she is mentoring and coaching students, professionals, and businesses to professionally develop themselves, be confident and pursue their dreams. For Glashie, her biggest reward is her learner’s achievement. Every single day, she is improving on her skills to bring the best out of her learners. That’s her motto of life.

Glashie believes if we are motivating a person each day, we are discovering Leaders from each one of them. Whilst discovering leaders, we become Mentors. It's always a win-win situation for all of us!
