I'm Stacey Austin-Kirsch, and I'm a mama bear to Victor and Oliver, and a qualified personal trainer and master functional trainer, a nutritionist with a speciality in paleo, low carb, keto and intermittent fasting with a focus also in gut health. I am a qualified Yoga Instructor and have also trained in Life Coaching, NLP and Rapid Behaviour Change.
I am currently studying a degree in Psychology and a PhD in Metaphysical Sciences, as I understand more and more how the mind is what lets us down, plus finishing my last 3 units at Endeavour College of my Bachelor in Nutrition.
We know what foods we should eat, we know we should be moving our bodies, but it is the mind and our inability to deal with emotions that really stops us from achieving our dreams. My approach is well rounded and holistic as I approach everyone as an individual and look at all three aspects of wellness, food, movement, and mindset. Deep down I know you can achieve the life you want and deserve, and I teach you that you have it in you, so you can then teach others.
