About Jess:Jess completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in February 2020 in Goa, India, under the instruction of Simon Borg-Olivier, one of Australia’s most well-respected yoga instructors, and co-founder of the Yoga Synergy method.
“I intend to continue practising yoga well into my elderly years, therefore I choose a practice that is sustainable and nourishes my body and mind”.
When Jess is not on the mat, she enjoys cooking, studying Ayurveda, and has recently commenced a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) at Endeavour College.
