Dealing with Exam Stress

November 18, 2019 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Stress is the body’s natural reaction to change or adjustment. Given the ever-changing reality of the environments we now live in, stress is something of an inevitability. It is through examining our relationship with stress in times of heightened demands (such as during exams) that we can balance inner and outer resources to improve our wellness and ultimately thrive.

This webinar will deep-dive into individual stressors, enabling you to find simple and practical ways to ‘flick the switch’ on your mood, mindset and wellness choices. Developed around practical science-backed research and resources, you will uncover sustainable stress-reduction habits and behaviour change practices. We will practice several stress-reduction techniques that aligned with specific unique daily stressors, walking away with a ‘Stress Less, Study Well, and Thrive’ application plan.

Through identifying stressors and implementing tailored solutions, you will experience:

  • Increased understanding of emotional intelligence and feelings of calm and control
  • Improved confidence and happiness; focus and brain function through the busy periods
  • Familiarity with stress triggers and customised solutions in less than 3 mins a day
  • Reduced emotional hijacking, leading to below the line stress reactive behaviours
  • And, a more positive success-driven mindset as you change your relationship to stress
