On campus fermenting and networking event.
Join us for this exciting Endeavour student networking event, where you will have the opportunity to learn how to make ferments while socialising with other students.
The workshop will be facilitated by Mandy Hall. Mandy’s achievements over the past 15 years read like a Foodie’s Bucket List. She’s been a Masterchef Contestant, Yoga Teacher, emcee of industry and charity events, consulted to leading producers and filled enough fermenting jars to feed most of Europe. She’s also become an Ambassador for causes close to her heart, conducted countless workshops and cooking demos, assisted at special dinners, curated exclusive menus and cooked restaurant dinners, and continues to cook and consult at the 2019 Australian Property of The Year – The Longhouse – Daylesford.
The fermenting demonstration will start at 12.30pm and will run for approximately 2 hour. If you have virtual classes on the day, we invite you to make use of our on campus classrooms before or after the fermenting workshop.
Due to COVID restrictions, we have limited spots available therefore we require you to RSVP as soon as possible. If you are no longer able to attend, please email email@example.com to ensure another student doesn't miss the opportunity to attend.
