Join Federica for this 30-minute cooking class where she will be making a delicious plant-based lemon and poppyseed cake. This recipe is extremely easy and quick, and delivers a true explosion of flavours, just in time for a yummy and wholesome afternoon snack. Turn the oven on and meet us in the kitchen!

  • Non-dairy milk
  • Lemon (1)
  • Wholemeal flour
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Coconut sugar
  • Vegetable oil
  • Vanilla extract
  • Poppy seeds
  • Non dairy cream cheese
  • Lemon juice
  • Powdered sugar
  • Flaked almonds

Federica Conti is a Fitness and Nutrition coach based in Sydney. Being a Crossfit and olympic weightlifting enthusiast, Federica exercises for about 2 hours every day. She also makes sure to properly fuel, as well as recover from, all the hard work put in at the gym with adequate nutrition.

Federica is passionate about plant-based eating and hopes to help people make the shift to a plant-based diet and become the healthiest, happiest, and most environmentally friendly version of themselves.
