Utilising a whole foods approach to nutrition, Shahna aims to educate and empower people to become their healthiest and happiest selves.As the Head of Nutrition at the popular online program 28 by Sam Wood, founder of Project Nourish, and podcast host of Nutrition Grad Guide, Shahna is on a mission to inspire positive change. With a love of food and being in the kitchen, she enjoys cooking up a storm and creating healthy recipes that everyone will enjoy.
