As a result of practicing Qigong, you may be able to improve fitness, reduce anxiety and depression, reduce blood pressure, relieve chronic pain, strengthen your immune and respiratory systems, and live a happier and healthier life.
A well balanced self-care routine can include mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, social, recreational and environmental care. Spend this time focusing on yourself, doing a low-intensity activity to end your day.
