When can I apply to graduate?

Students are deemed eligible to graduate when the results of final subjects are released and all fees have been paid. Students can then complete the 'Apply to Graduate' online form via the student portal.

Can I join the 2021 Graduation Ceremony if my results are released after May 31 2021?

The College must provide final attendee numbers to the Graduation venues no later than 31 May 2021. This means any students receiving academic documentation after this will not meet the Graduation Ceremony RSVP cut-off date of 31 May to attend the 2021 Ceremony. As such, they will be included in the 2022 Ceremony.

Do I have to attend my Graduation Ceremony to graduate? What if I am unable to attend my Graduation Ceremony?

Students do not need to attend a Graduation Ceremony to graduate from their course or to obtain academic documentation.

If you believe you are eligible to graduate having completed all subjects and paid your fees, you must submit an ‘Apply to Graduate’ request form via the LMS student portal under ‘Resources & Links’ and then ‘Forms’. Upon doing so, eligible students will receive their initial academic transcript with the status ‘Eligible to Graduate’ and a course completion date. After their degree is conferred at Academic Council, students receive their Award and final transcript with the status ‘Graduated’. This is the official process and indicates graduation from the course and College; the process is separate and unrelated to the actual Graduation Ceremony.

Why do I have to pay to attend my own Graduation?

Graduands attend the Graduation Ceremonies at no charge. However, there is a cost associated with the hire of the academic dress which is a requirement of graduands attending the ceremony.

Do I have to wear academic dress?

Yes, academic dress is mandatory for graduands to wear at their Graduation Ceremony. When you RSVP to your ceremony/purchase your tickets, you will be asked to submit your measurements for your academic regalia.

What is the different between the academic dress for Diploma of Health Science and Bachelor’s Degree graduands?

Bachelor’s Degree graduands will wear a mortarboard, whereas Diploma of Health Science graduands will not.

Can I hire my gown from another company?

We have entered a contract with our preferred supplier, which includes the gown, mortarboard and Endeavour hood. As such, academic dress may not be sourced or hired from another external company.

I have my own academic dress. Can I purchase a ticket without being charged a hire fee?

We have entered a contract with our preferred supplier, which includes the gown, mortarboard and Endeavour hood. As such, academic dress may not be sourced or hired from another external company.

Can I purchase my own gown and hood?

No, Endeavour College of Natural Health hire all academic regalia for our Graduation Ceremonies. This is to ensure the correct Endeavour Green colour is used, as this acts as a strong representation of the College.

What is Endeavour Green and why is it used?

Endeavour College is a cohesive education institution with a national footprint. Graduates of our Health Science degrees and qualifications across Australia are proud to wear the Endeavour College of Natural Health green hood as part of their academic gown. As benchmarked to Australian universities and tertiary institutions, these colours are nominated by this College as a formal representation of successful study.

Do I automatically receive my documents and Award?

This is not an automatic process.

Where do I find the ‘Apply to Graduate’ form?

  1. Login to the Student Portal
  2. Visit ‘Resources & Links’
  3. Select ‘Forms'
  4. Search for ‘Apply to Graduate’
  5. Complete the form with your up to date contact and postal details
  6. Submit the request

When will I receive my documentation?

Once your application to Graduate has been processed and confirmed, a Letter of Completion and an Academic Transcript will be issued with the status ‘Eligible to Graduate” (EG). Please allow 7-10 days to receive your documents.

The final process is a conferral of your degree by the College Council, which meets approximately every two months. After conferral, your Testamur will be posted within the following 14 days.

All documents will be posted to the address you have provided when you have applied to graduate. If you have not received your documents in this time, please contact student services.

How can I request a copy of my Academic Transcript?

Students receive a free copy of their official documentation upon graduation. Current and past students, or requests for re-issue will incur a $25.00 cost per re-issue request. Postage and handling charges apply.

Please allow a minimum of 7-10 working days from the processing of this form for receipt of your Transcript and ensure you have provided the correct postal address.

Please complete the Request for Academic Documentation Form and return to Student Services at your local campus.

Will I be able to register with associations before receiving my Testamur?

You can use your Letter of Completion and Academic Transcript to apply to join an association/s. Please contact each association to check on what the individual application and documentation requirements are.
