The Role

We are looking for a positive, energetic individual to fill the role of clinic assistant/receptionist in our busy Natural Medicine clinic in the heart of Bondi Junction.

This is an exciting role, working alongside a small team of established practitioners in a warm, supportive environment. If you are looking for a role that is challenging, offers great variety and has scope for personal and professional development, then this is for you. We believe that our clients should feel cared for from their first contact with the clinic, so the welcome they receive and the level of professionalism and efficiency provided by our receptionist is an important part of their experience with us.

A passion for health is essential and previous experience in a natural medicine or medical clinic would be ideal, however not essential. We are happy to provide full training to the right candidate.

This role would suit a current student of naturopathy or nutrition in the first or second year of their degree. There is scope for mentoring and career advancement for the right candidate.

This is a casual role, two to three days a week, however expansion of the practitioner team in 2020 may require increased reception support and further opportunities may be available to the successful candidate. Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must have a high level of professionalism and;

• Provide excellent service to our clients over the phone and at reception

• Must be able to work autonomously and be self-motivated • A friendly, warm and caring disposition

• The ability to work as part of a team

• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Excellent computer skills, fast, accurate typist

• Be able to manage a multi-line phone system

• Manage bookings and assist with administrative duties

• Must be able to work under pressure

• Must be a quick learner with great problem solving skills

• Assist with dispensary management and stock control
• Input web content (training provided)

• Help manage social media

• Must be willing to work Saturdays
