We are seeking a determined, no excuses team player to join us. We provide comprehensive training and team collaboration so you feel confident and successful in your role. We are looking for someone to work 15-25 hours per week with flexibility in their schedule and is wanting to be a part of taking people's health to the next level. If you have previous experience in service, hospitality or reception work that would be beneficial. Responsibilities: Organizing patient flow in the office OSA (Originally Scheduled Appointments) and compliance Time-keeper for the office. In charge of incoming calls and instrumental in setting the patients expectations for their appointment (i.e.: scan, report, consult, x-ray and/or exam). Prepare and lead beginning shift Huddle Managing the ‘state’ of the office Check patients in Manage Patient Appointments Inform Doctors of Patient Arrivals for Special Appointments Set goals with patients and work with them to achieve them There is opportunity to grow in this role with the right candidate
