The Role

DQ Chinese Medicine is a leading provider of professional CHINESE MEDICAL SERVICES in the Albury/Wodonga region. Our clinic practices Acupuncture, Chinese Patent Herbal Medicine, Chinese Remedial Massage (Tui-Na) and other TCM modalities to treat the widest range of health conditions. DQ is looking to expand to another region and is looking for a hard working and self motivated individual to join the team and continue providing these services in the Wodonga region. The clinic operates for 4 days a week and services both sides of the NSW & VIC border. This position would give you the skills to run your own busy clinic with the opportunity for potential takeover after 12 months. You should enjoy building long-term relationships with your patients and colleagues in a professional, caring and approachable manner. Our team continues to grow and we welcome applications from qualified Chinese medicine practitioners (and graduating students) who are interested in joining our team. We currently have a position available for a Chinese medicine practitioner to join our team in Wodonga, VIC. As a Chinese medicine practitioner at DQ Chinese Medicine, you will see a wide range of cases and patients of all ages and backgrounds. We work alongside the Albury/Wodonga Midwifery services and a large component of patients are on their fertility journey, Pregnant or needing postpartum care. Experience in this area is preferred, or having a willingness to work in this field is a must. You are expected to perform to the highest standard, and in accordance with the professional and ethical standards of the Chinese Medicine Board. You are expected to undertake ongoing professional development, not only to meet your annual CPD requirements but to enhance your skills in whichever specialty you desire.

Qualifications & Experience

Your Qualifications & Previous Clinical Experience You must have university qualifications in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (minimum 4 years full-time study). Formal qualifications to practice Chinese Tui-Na Remedial massage is preferred but not necessary. New graduates are also welcome to apply. Registration & Professional Membership Requirements Successful candidates must be registered, or eligible for registration with AHPRA and the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia. Successful candidates also need to be a member of a professional association (eg. AACMA, ANTA, ATMS, FCMA) and registered as a provider with the major private health funds.
