The Role

Well established in the industry for over 15 years, Health Space Clinics have sixteen natural therapy clinics based all over Sydney. We are a team of vibrant therapists who are passionate about health and offer services of Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage, Nutrition, Naturopathy and Energy work. We are a work place where we take what we do very seriously & are dedicated to making a difference in people lives – we are professional & hard working whilst having loads of fun along the way! We have a rare opportunity to join our team as a part time Clinic Manager at our Lane Cove clinic working closely with the team and director. With a back-round in team management, administration & customer service, we are looking for the right person to lead our practice to the next level. Key responsibilities of the role, but not limited to – Run the daily operations of the practice on administration & reception – bookings, client calls, diary management, accounts, client queries, emails and creating the client experience through amazing customer service Manage staff within the business by leading by example, ensuring daily tasks are completed, rosters are up to date, cleaning duties are completed and any admin training is provided Work with practitioners and other admin staff to provide support, education & performance management on a regular basis Lead the team towards clinic goals and be the passion & driving force behind what we do Organise and run team meetings Implement the marketing initiatives each month and assist in creating events around that theme Manage social media pages

Qualifications & Experience

Desired experience & attributes for the role - A passion for natural health & helping others! Previous experience as a manager or have experience leading a team A solid understanding of and be able to provide quality customer service Previous experience in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail The ability to make decisions and implement systems A fun loving & positive attitude & with the willingness to jump in and get involved! Be available to work approximately 20 hours per week, with a mixture of early starts and late finishes.
