The Role

Essence of Health seeks to employ an experienced Massage Therapist to join our Natural Health Clinic located in Seacliff. We offer a wide range of natural health services including acupuncture, chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage, naturopathy, and nutrition. The clinic's director who is an acupuncturist and naturopath and is very reputable for her success and support for services such as IVF support, natural fertility, and hormone balancing. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated practitioner who has a positive, warm, and friendly manner.

Our current massage therapist is taking a step back to focus on an administration role within the clinic and we seek someone to support the needs of our patients. We are making this opportunity available to anyone who has also been impacted by Covid-19 and wishes to obtain secure employment in a growing company. As well as graduating students in 2020, wishing to be part of a team environment. This opportunity is available for any Massage Therapists also willing to take on a diversified role within the clinic.

We are looking for a practitioner to fill a short term 6 month part reception role [15 hours per week until July 2021 to cover for a receptionist commencing back from maternity leave] and aspirations for a long term practice as a massage therapist within the clinic [Days/Hrs TBA in interview depending on practice history and current client base]. The option to continue this diversified role is possible due to the successful growth and nature of the business.

The receptionist position will be 15 hours per week with set allocated days on: Tuesday 7.30am - 5.30pm Friday 12.00pm - 5.30pm. The clinic is open Monday - Friday 8.00am 5.00pm and Saturdays 8am - 2pm.

Qualifications & Experience

The practitioner must possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability build good rapport with patients and staff. We require a fully qualified massage therapist to have qualifications and health fund accreditation for Remedial massage alongside certification in pregnancy massage, which is a large part of the service we provide.
