The Role

Brisbane Livewell Clinic is currently hiring! We are looking for a casual receptionist to man the desk at our new Wavell Heights clinic. Training will start ASAP. This position offers approximately 18 hours per week with the opportunity for more hours as of October. Ideal availability will be on Monday & Tuesday afternoons and full day Friday's. The ideal candidate will have: - Retail or customer experience - A happy & positive attitude - Attention to detail and computer literacy - Excellent communication skills and confidence over the phone - Knowledge of natural therapies (naturopathy, acupuncture etc) - Basic product knowledge preferred but not essential - Must be an excellent multi-tasker, fast thinker and problem solver! Within the role you will be: - greeting customers and taking payment at the end of their consult - Filling prescriptions and placing online patient orders - Converting phone queries into appointments at multiple locations for 12+ practitioners. - General administration tasks and filing - Completing food intolerance testing - Very basic cleaning and tidiness! The position offers great (award rate) pay, a wonderful clinic team and as a student a great environment to further your learning by interacting with practitioners and processing patient orders. Qualifications & Experience

Experience or knowledge in the natural health realm is preferred but not required.
