SALES KEY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Responsibilities of the role include: Selling into new accounts ( i.e health stores/ cafes/pharmacies and more) New business development: opening up new leads and areas for us wherever Knowrish Well is best suited Account Management: becoming the main point of contact for all inbound sales enquiries, and for all accounts to ensure our relationships and commercial deals are maximized Calling into businesses, arranging in person or by phone meetings Instore product training ( training will be provided by our in- house Naturopath) Achieving agreed targets Proposing new ideas or strategies to grow sales Maintain collaboration with the team to ensure a flow of information and key insights Preparation of monthly reports and information as may be required Act as a brand ambassador for Knowrish Well in the industry and at trade events This will be for at least two days per week initially with the potential for more hours in the future. Work from home for some of your hours will be considered. Base pay + incentives is offered to the successful applicant
Exceptional organizational skills Strong attention to detail and customer service skills Confidence and passion, you’re an excellent verbal and written communicator with an honest and friendly approach Possess a positive & resourceful attitude to problem solving Someone with big ideas and always up for a challenge Sales experience in the health industry Ability to work independently and support the team A genuine interest in health & wellness Creative writing skills in relation to product and health will be beneficial
