The Role

Sakura Acupuncture Clinic is looking for a receptionist/clinic assistant with a positive, proactive and professional approach to their work. You will be working alongside and assisting an acupuncturist with reception and clinic duties in a warm and relaxing space. The clinic is focused on women's health, fertility support and pregnancy care. Requirements: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - confident in writing Instagram posts, blogs and emails • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Attention to detail • Friendly, warm and approachable; able to build rapport Tasks may include: • Administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, taking payments, entering invoices, responding to emails, answering the phone. • Preparing treatment rooms • Laundry - washing, drying and folding clinic towels • Light cleaning duties • Social media - creating and scheduling regular Instagram posts and stories • Unpacking orders An interest in natural medicine and therapies is preferred but not necessary. Students of all modalities welcome to apply. The clinic is located in Carina Heights and open on Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s, Friday’s and Saturday’s. This is a casual position - hours may vary.
