The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Naturopathy or Nutrition student to join our team and gain experience in the wellness industry. This is a part time (3 days) administration and office support role in the heart of Sydney CBD. In this role you will answer/direct enquiries and phone calls from both patients and practitioners in a professional and friendly manner, process sales and monthly invoices, process patient test results and assist us with our online/social media marketing. As well as being part of ImuPro’s team, you will also occasionally assist the MD with typing emails and dictations. *Please be aware this role involves handling and packaging of patient blood serum samples. REQUIRED SKILLS: Fast accurate typing Excellent phone and email communication Basic Microsoft Excel Basic Outlook express Setting up and attending Zoom meetings PREFERRED SKILLS: XERO accounts & invoicing Email dictation typing Wordpress basic functions ABOUT US ImuPro have been providing high standards of diagnostic testing to Australia & New Zealand since 2005 and are experts in the field of delayed IgG food allergy (commonly known as “food intolerance”). ImuPro IgG testing has been available in Germany since 2000 and is now available in over 40 countries worldwide. More than 80,000 tests were performed with our plates and reagents in 2015 alone by patients and health professionals keen to get to the root of a number of problems, ranging from obesity and gastro intestinal problems to eczema, migraine, etc.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a similar, administrative role required.
