Let's talk about the role Working as part of our Health & Diversity team, you will undertake health promotion initiatives including networking, engaging and supporting a variety of community stakeholders and settings on key priority areas. A major part of the role will be to work collaboratively on the Lower Hume Integrated Health Promotion Plan 2022-2025 using a systems thinking approach. No two days will be the same. This role will be based at our Broadford Office with opportunity to work from home. Let's talk about you You will have: A tertiary qualification in Health Promotion, Social Science, Public Health or a related field; High level communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to network, form rapport and work collaboratively with stakeholders; Understanding and experience in the planning, delivery and evaluation of prevention projects; Understanding of and a commitment to equity and inclusion principles; Experience in working with community based health, local government and/or community services would be an advantage; Understanding/experience working in a rural primary/community health setting would be an advantage.
