We are seeking a proactive, self-directed and motivated individual who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a focus on excellence in customer service to meet a variety of students’ requests throughout their study journey at the College.
You will assist with general student FAQ’s as well as all queries that help a student progress in their studies throughout the student lifecycle. Additionally, this role provides on-campus administrative, student common room facilities and activities support as required, to facilitate engagement and enhance the student experience.

You thrive working autonomously and have the ability to collaborate with your teammates virtually, located across multiple campuses.
This is an integral role, where things are changing on the daily, our students need you to help and support them through these evolving changes. You are driven by being challenged and keeping on top of policies and procedures and finding solutions to assist our students through their studying journey with us.
