The opportunity
This newly created full time, 12 month fixed term opportunity, allows for an enthusiastic, team player to join our supportive Human Resources Team at Endeavour College.
As the Cultural Competency Framework Coordinator, you will have the ability to work independently, provide advice and leadership in the development and implementation of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander Competency Framework.

About you
You will be an integral member of the Human Resources team, with personal experience and knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander traditions and customs enabling you to provide policy advise and high quality, culturally safe and appropriate training.
