We're looking for a fantastic storyteller with a strong customer focus to create engaging communications to build and support our students' experience

The opportunity

Working with Marketing and Student Services this Communications role is responsible for creating engaging content across a variety of platforms for Endeavour College of Natural Health.

We’re looking for someone who is driven and passionate about delivering exceptional internal and external communications in a diverse and fast-paced environment. You will manage communications across the student lifecycle to ensure that messaging and branding is consistent and timely to support and build student experience.

You will achieve this by:

  • Developing an internal communication strategy to connect with and support students.
  • Managing and developing the communications for students via social media platforms, eDMs, printed collateral and Learning Management System, etc.
  • Creating and managing blog, design, video content, content for internal newsletters and various content pieces to showcase and support the student experience, stories, and events.
  • Stakeholder management across the organisation and provide support for internal events.
  • Provide advice to stakeholders and assist in the delivery of external communications.
  • Prepare marketing campaign briefs for internal and external (agency) stakeholders.
  • Write, edit, and publish original content across a range of channels (primarily website as well as other mediums such as partner content, eDMs, product advice, infographics, articles, social and SEM copy, and video scripts).
  • Develop media releases, key messages and briefing notes, and work with our PR agency to build the organisation’s profile.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in our Sydney campus, commencing 24th July 2023.

  • Tertiary qualifications in a communications or marketing discipline
  • 2 years+ practical experience in the areas of marketing, copywriting, and advertising
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining brand standards
  • Extensive Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to project manage a range of projects and effectively prioritise competing demands
  • The ability to problem solve and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong organisational skill with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Having a flexible and adaptable work style as priorities change and opportunities arise
