We have a Clinic Supervisor opportunity (Naturopathy) in our next Clinic Block 3 (3/7-24/9), Mon 8-12pm; Weds 8-12pm; Weds 12:30-4:30pm & Clinic Block 4 (25/9-17/12), Tues 12:30-4:30pm.

This role is based at our campus in Adelaide.

About the role

You will be an integral member of the Academic department by supporting students through their learning journey, meeting their learning needs and preparing them to become high-quality future practitioners. You will achieve this by:

  • Supporting, guiding and managing students’ learning experience within a student clinic setting.
  • Enhancing provided subject materials with your own professional experiences and stories to provide students with real-world connection and relevance of subject material to their future practice.
  • Assessing students’ clinical performance on an ongoing basis, identifying students at risk who are not meeting clinical requirements and mitigating the risk.
  • Supporting students in their treatment of clients, including time management, client treatment, diagnosis, recommendations and client confidentiality and file management.

About you

You’re knowledgeable, self-motivated, positive and passionate about providing the best possible learning experience for our students.

Your ability to communicate effectively and develop and maintain collaborative relationships, along with your proven commitment to high ethical, personal and professional standards will see you well placed for success.

You will have strong clinical supervision experience (or at a minimum, pre-clinical supervision experience), with a Bachelor degree qualification in a relevant field. Additionally, you will have postgraduate qualification/s in a relevant field (or current enrolment in a relevant post graduate qualification).
