Clinic Receptionist - Sydney

The opportunity

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role, you will be the face of the Sydney Endeavour Wellness Clinic greeting clients at reception. The Endeavour Wellness Clinics are a national network of public-facing clinics, which also act as a practical teaching environment for our students. There is a clinic on each of our six campuses nationwide, which offer a variety of affordable natural healthcare treatments to the public.

Your key focus will be to provide excellent service to our students and clients - with an additional focus area of managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Key responsibilities and activities of this role include:

  • Face-to-face customer service
  • Training support to our clinic students and staff
  • Assisting with phone and email enquiries
  • Maintaining client files in line with privacy/confidentiality policies
  • Assist with client database, including contacting clients to rebook appointments and other proactive communications
  • Assist in ensuring timetables and rosters are correctly replicated to facilitate efficient booking opportunity

This role is being offered as permanent, part-time (0.6) located at our Sydney campus.

You are passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience to our clients, staff and students. You are a team player - you take pride in your work and you have an innate desire to drive growth and improvement. You have an interest in the health and wellbeing sector and want to be part of the Natural Health industry.

Using your previous experience in a fast-paced clinic environment, you know how to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines. You are reliable, positive, highly organised, with strong time management skills and attention to detail.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Customer service experience in a clinic environment
  • The ability to work independently
  • Highly computer literate, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
