The opportunity
We are on the lookout for a customer-centric Business Systems Manager in Higher Education sector to join our Business systems team within our Technology Services teams located at Sydney or Brisbane campus. If you are truly passionate and enthusiastic about business applications and can bring previous experience from an ERP and other System implementations, support, and management position - read on, this is the opportunity for you!
In this role, reporting to our Head of Technology Services you will support our staff and students and manage the Business Systems Team (2 direct reports) and responsible for maintenance of ERP and other application systems. Joining our national Technology Services team, you will bring your proactive approach to ensure all business systems are support and operational.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Sydney or Brisbane location, hybrid work model (2 days WFH).
About You
You are experienced in Business Systems management and support (in ERP) in higher education sector and have a positive attitude, coupled with excellent communication and technical skills. You are motivated by providing exceptional service to support and enhance the experience of your stakeholders and manage team and external providers.
You have a genuine passion for finding solutions for problems, with a result driven approach and belief in continual learning.
You have the balanced skill of working well within a team and building relationships, as well as working independently
