We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join Endeavor College of Natural Health (ECNH). Based out of our Sydney / Brisbane Campus, this role will be offered to a successful candidate as initial 6-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Head of PMO (Project Management Office), you will be responsible for supporting implementation of ERP systems project (Technology One), documenting / updating business processes and systems processes, working with key users on end users training material and maintaining related changes. This is a key role to achieving ECNH’s strategic objectives by ensuring that new ERP system is implemented successfully, and related processes and training materials documented / updated as necessary.

The Role

  • As part of our PMO team, you will be working with all key users, ensuring all documentation is in place for training and business processes are up to date to support BAU operations and application systems.
  • Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour as part of business process improvements
  • Working closely with PMO team for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting, documenting, and implementing business & systems processes, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the systems
  • Creating user and training documentation and conducting training for staff members around business processes and relating systems to supporting these processes along with key users on the project and systems team.

About You
The ideal candidate will be able to meet the below selection criteria:

  • A minimum 3 to 4 years professional experience in business analyst or equivalent business experience, including well-developed business and needs analysis skills Business systems related process mapping experience is desirable
  • Knowledge and competency in the use of professional business analysis techniques and methods (e.g., Use Case Analysis, UML).
  • Well-developed skills in the use of standard office toolsets including word processors, spreadsheets, drawing/diagramming tools (e.g., Visio) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience in education sector is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
  • Previous experience delivering a business processes transformation, systems implementation, and working part of project team will be highly regarded
