We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and enthusiastic Clinical Supervisors to add to our talent community for future opportunities across Naturopathy.
This role will work across our clinic teaching blocks and may include teaching pre-clinical practical subjects as well.
We are looking for people motivated by supporting and mentoring our students to become the best practitioners and making a genuine difference to the profession.
About the role
Clinical Supervisors support our students through their learning journey, meeting their learning needs and preparing them to become high-quality future practitioners.
Responsibilities and activities of a Clinical Supervisor at Endeavour include:
Each clinic session is 4 hours and each block is over 12 weeks with multiple sessions available across each block. There are additional hours recognised to accommodate marking time.
You’re knowledgeable, self-motivated, positive and passionate around providing the best possible learning experience for our students. Your ability to communicate effectively and develop and maintain collaborative relationships, along with your proven commitment to high ethical, personal and professional standards will see you well placed for success. You will have strong clinical supervision experience (or at a minimum, pre-clinical supervision experience), with a Bachelor degree qualification in a relevant field. Additionally, you will have postgraduate qualification/s in a relevant field (or current enrolment in a relevant post graduate qualification).
Current membership to relevant professional associations (dependent on discipline) and a current Working with Children Check will also be required.
