The course is comprised of four subjects, which are all theory-based. These include Introduction to Musculoskeletal Therapies (MSTP2), Mindfulness in Practice (SOCM3), Wellness Practices (BIOW3) and Medicinal Food Science (NMDM1). Entry into this certificate assumes prior knowledge of human biology and biochemistry.Upon graduation, you will have developed a comprehensive understanding of complementary medicine, the history and contemporary development of mindfulness, holistic wellness, and food as a therapeutic tool.
