Ingredients:½ cup of nut butter (almond, brazil, cashew spread or individual nut butters work well too)1 tbsp of maple syrup2 tsp of coconut flower nectar (optional, but recommended)3 tbsp of coconut oil, melted ½ cup of coconut flour ½ cup of quinoa flakes2 tbsp of sesame seeds6 squares of 75% dark chocolate (chopped into chunks) Method:Mix all of your dry ingredients in a bowl together (quinoa flakes, sesame seeds and coconut flour).Add in your wet ingredients (coconut flower nectar, maple syrup).Mix together your ingredients until a cookie dough texture forms. I like to use my hands to do this so it mixes together more evenly.Roll into bite size balls and refrigerate. These babies will keep in the fridge for up to five days!
