To teach in our Vocational Education and Training (VET) Programs you will hold a minimum qualification in the relevant area of expertise and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) or equivalent.
To teach in our Higher Education Program you will hold a minimum degree qualification in the relevant area of expertise and a post graduate qualification in a related field such as in the modality or in education.

Take advantage of this opportunity to join our Bioscience team as a Lecturer at our Perth Campus on a part time basis of 3 days per week.
Working closely with the Senior Lecturer and Program Leader, this position provides teaching and learning of the highest standard to Endeavour students. The primary responsibilities include preparation and delivery of lectures, tutorials, practical classes, demonstrations and workshops, as well as subject coordination for the Bioscience department.
Other key responsibilities include:
• Making recommendations to the Senior Lecturer and/or Program leader on suggested program/subject enhancements and future direction resulting from various sources of feedback including students, other teaching staff, industry developments, guidelines etc.
• Contributing towards the academic and research output of the school by way of publications, seminars and conference presentations and applied research involvement in professional activity
• Ensuring subject notes are available for access by students online
• Providing regular feedback to students to ensure progress towards subject outcomes
• Marking and reviewing of assessment materials
• Performing a range of administrative functions of which are connected with the subjects being taught
To be successful in this position, you will hold a degree in Health Science or Biosciences and a postgraduate qualification in the relevant or related field, together with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a commitment to undertake a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment during your employment at Endeavour.
You will also possess the following skills and experience:
• Experience in VET and/or tertiary level teaching including delivery and teaching
groups with diverse cultural backgrounds
• Experience in assessment marking and providing feedback to students
• Proven experience in development and review of curriculum and assessment materials at VET and Bachelor level in line with regulatory and professional guidelines
• Hold a current membership of an appropriate professional association

Join our Educational Technologies team as a Learning Resource Co-ordinator at our Brisbane Campus on a full time, 12 month fixed term basis.
Reporting to the Manager of Educational Technologies, the primary objective of this role is to support the processing, upload and setup of academic subjects on the LMS (Learning Management System) to ensure a high quality standard in education is maintained.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating the setup and maintenance of the on campus LMS access for Higher Education and VET subjects at Endeavour College of Natural Health, College of Natural Beauty and FIA Fitnation
• Work with other administration assistants to schedule formatting documents and quality control process
• Setup subject templates on LMS as directed by the Educational Technologists
• Perform proofreading, document formatting and conversion of Word document to PDF as needed
• Process updates to subject materials after subject commencement at the direction of Academic Staff
• Provide LMS support and training to academic staff members
• General administration and other tasks as directed
As the successful candidate, you will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Experience with administering web-based systems
• Experience with a learning management system, such as Moodle, and/or experience with content management systems and willingness to learn Moodle, to set and modify course environment settings to match institutional policies.
